Tripbooks is one platform carrying a travel agency whole: sales, fulfilment, money, people and content, across every entity the business owns. This site is its design system, rebuilt on the Untitled UI language: the pages that define what the platform is, the tokens it is drawn with, and the components every screen is assembled from.
A travel agency runs on a stack of tools that do not know each other: a CRM that cannot invoice, an accounting file that has never heard of a booking, spreadsheets carrying margins, and inboxes carrying deadlines. Tripbooks replaces the stack with one system where an enquiry becomes a quotation, the quotation becomes a booking, the booking becomes invoices and payments, and every step keeps its numbers, its documents and its author. It is multi-entity and multi-currency from the first record: each company in the group keeps its own books, numbering and tax, while the owner sees one converted total that names its rates.
Each of these is a real failure mode of agency operations, and each has a structural answer in the platform, not a warning label.
The issuance gate. Nothing issues past what the customer has paid, and the only way through is a release carrying two named signatures.
The margin floor. An item sold below the floor routes to an approver before the quotation can leave the building.
Rate stamping. Every cross-currency movement keeps the rate it used, forever, and converted totals name their rates and the moment they were taken.
One register. A customer is one record carrying trips, balances, travelers, documents and preferences, with private customers masked from anyone without authority.
Search-first. Quotation items come from the item library or live supply, never from a keyboard, so the price on the page is the price that exists.
Anchored reminders. Rules bound to events, expiry minus 72 hours, departure minus 7 days, passport minus 90, that fire themselves.
Named capabilities. Every action is a permission held by a role, every change is stamped with its author, and settings rows say who may change them.
Service levels. First response and resolution measured in business hours with automatic escalation, and goodwill money told apart in the ledger.
Six modules and the agent. Each module is a set of sections sharing the same registers, records and rules; a person switches module and the shell stays familiar.
